Hey everyone! It’s that time of year again – Sephora started their annual sale last Friday. From 4/9 – 4/19, Sephora offers 10%-20% off site wide. I’ve included Sephora’s chart above, which explains what kind of discount you are eligible for based on what kind of member you are. Right now, the sale is open to Rouge members, who get 20% off, and VIB members, who have access to 15% off. On Thursday, it will open to Beauty Insiders, who get 10% off. Anyone can sign up to be a Beauty Insider (it’s free!) to be eligible for the 10% discount. Access to Rouge and VIB membership is based on the amount of money someone spends at Sephora annually. The more you spend, the most savings you’re eligible for. You can check your status by signing into your account online or through the Sephora app.

I’ve tried so many products from Sephora and have found far more than 10 items that I love. In order to make it a little less overwhelming for you guys, , I decided to include my TOP 10 makeup products that I can’t live without. If I were to recommend you buy something from Sephora during the sale, these would be my top ten recommendations! All of these products are my holy grail, tried and true, FAVORITE items! I have purchased them again and again and have used most of them for years. I hope you find something you like - it’s a great time to stock up on your favorites or try something new you’ve had your eye on!

1.     Estee Lauder Double Wear (Shade 2N1 – Desert Beige) If you’re in need of a “special occasion” foundation, this. Is. It. I don’t use this foundation in my everyday makeup routine, but it’s definitely my go-to for any special event. It’s full coverage, gives a flawlessly smooth finish, and stays on all day long. I apply with this foundation brush, and a little goes a very long way.

2.     Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Concealer (Shade Swan) I use this under my eyes to hide dark circles, and also apply it to the T Zone area of my face (forehead, nose, and chin), because I like these areas to look a little lighter and brighter. I apply with a damp beauty sponge. I really love this one specifically because it has great coverage without feeling too thick or cakey.

3.     Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder – (Shade 1, fair in the winter, 2 medium in the summer) This is hands down my favorite face powder. After I apply my foundation and under eye concealer, I use the larger end of my damp beauty sponge to apply this to my under eyes to set my concealer, and to my T-zone, since these areas of my face get more oily. Then, I use a large powder brush to apply lightly over the rest of my face. It gives filtered, flawless finish.

4.     Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Matte Bronzer (Shade Medium – medium golden bronze) I have pretty light skin, so it’s been a struggle to find a bronzer that doesn’t look orange or splotchy. I am so impressed with how smoothly this one  goes on and how easily and naturally it blends. It’s a little pricey, but it’s larger than any other bronzer I have used and lasts a long time.

5.     Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow+ Tinted Volumizing Eyebrow Gel  (Shade 2 – warm golden blonde) – I had my eyebrows microbladed about 2 years ago, but most of the pigment is gone now. I use this to fill in the sparse areas and even out the color. I love it because it’s super easy to apply and looks natural. I use this every single morning!

6.     Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder (Shade Translucent) I use a big powder brush to apply this setting powder all over my face. I like this one because it smooths out my skin and has a soft finish (not at all cakey). You can also use a powder brush to apply this under your eyes to set your concealer in place.

7.     Nars blush (Shade Orgasm) – This one has a peachy pink shade and a hint of shimmer. I wear it year round and I like how it pairs with the bronzer I mentioned above.

8.     Bobbi Brown Nude Drama II Eyeshadow Palette – This is my favorite palette because it can be used for daytime or nighttime wear. I often use a a very small brush to apply one of the darker shades to my lower lids in place of eyeliner.

9.     Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner (Shade Pillow Talk) – I usually pair this liner with Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in shade Pillow Talk, but I’ve found that this liner blends flawlessly with almost any shade of lipstick I wear.

10.  Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick (Shade Pillow Talk – nude pink) –  I wear this color year round and have gone through multiple tubes. To me, it’s the perfect everyday shade.
